Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of TheraCore — a software product for psychological practice, developed by a company registered in Dubai (UAE).

By signing up and using the platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The platform is available at theracore.ai and app.theracore.ai. Contact: info@theracore.ai.

TheraCore provides psychologists with online tools for:

• Managing client records and session notes
• Calendar and scheduling
• Voice recordings and automatic transcription
• AI supervision within the chosen modality
• Dynamic client portrait and progress tracking
• Client communications via templates
• PDF data export

• You must create an account to use the service.
• You agree to provide accurate information at sign-up.
• You are responsible for the security of your password and personal encryption key.
• If the key is lost, data recovery is not possible — this is a technical security feature.
• Sharing your account with third parties is prohibited.

TheraCore is a practice-support tool, not a replacement for professional judgment.

• AI supervision provides recommendations within the chosen modality. Responsibility for clinical decisions always rests with the psychologist.
• The platform does not provide medical services and does not replace clinical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.
• The user must comply with the professional ethics code applicable in their jurisdiction.
• The user is solely responsible for obtaining informed consent from clients regarding the use of digital tools in their work.

• The first month of full Professional-tier access is free, no card required.
• After the trial period, a paid plan is required to continue using the service.
• Payment is monthly or yearly (with a fixed yearly discount).
• Pricing is listed on the Pricing page.
• If you exceed your client limit, we will notify you and offer to upgrade.
• Upon cancellation, access remains until the end of the paid period.

Users may invite colleagues. When three invited colleagues pay for a subscription, the referring user receives one month of TheraCore free. The program can be used repeatedly. Detailed conditions may be clarified in-app.

Prohibited:

• Using the service for unlawful purposes
• Uploading malicious code or attempting to bypass platform protections
• Reverse engineering, copying, or reselling the service
• Using AI features to generate content that violates professional ethics
• Storing data unrelated to psychological practice

• The platform, design, code, and TheraCore trademark belong to the rights holder.
• All client data and notes you enter belong to you.
• We do not use the contents of your records for training models or any other purposes.

• We aim for 24/7 service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
• Planned maintenance is possible and will be announced in advance.
• Support is available via the in-app AI assistant and Telegram.

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheraCore is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Because the personal encryption key is stored by the user, its loss results in irreversible data loss. This is a technical feature of the security model and is not grounds for claims against the platform.

• You can delete your account at any time via Settings or by email request.
• We may suspend or close an account in case of Terms violation.
• After account deletion, data is removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the change constitutes agreement to the new version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to mandatory rules of the user's country. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, in accordance with applicable law.
